SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2 lbs. lean ground beef
6 med. potatoes, peeled and boiled
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
16 oz. can creamed corn
Salt and pepper

Saute onion in oil until translucent. Add the beef to brown it. Season to taste. Drain excess fat. Cook potatoes 15-20 minutes. Mash together with milk and butter. In a 13x9 inch pan, spread meat and onion for bottom layer. Top with a layer of corn. Frost with a layer of mashed potatoes. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Place under broiler for 5 minutes to brown top.
