EASTER EGG CANDIES 
2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
2 cans coconut
1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 stick butter

In large bowl - mix all and mash together - shape into egg shapes. Melt 1/2 pound unsweetened chocolate and 2 tablespoons melted paraffin - dip eggs in chocolate mix - dry on waxed paper.
