EASTER EGGNOG PIE 
1 c. rich milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. coconut, grated
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cream, whipped
Grated semi-sweet chocolate

Heat milk in double boiler and add nutmeg. Beat egg yolks, sugar and salt. Stir into milk. Cool like custard. Soak gelatin in water; add to hot custard. Cool; add coconut, nuts and flavoring. Fold in beaten egg whites; put into baked pie shell. Chill. To serve, top with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Makes 1 (9 inch pie.)
