HAMBURGER SOUP 
2 lbs. hamburger with onion
2 cans beef consomme soup
2 cans water
4 sticks celery, chopped
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 bay leaf

Brown beef with onion. Drain off fat. Mix together and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
