SHORTY'S CHICKEN WINGS 
5 lbs. chicken wings, coated with flour, salt and pepper

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. water
1 to 2 tbsp. booze

Fry chicken wings. While chicken is frying, mix your sauce and bring to a boil. Let sauce cool. When chicken is fried, let cool before dipping in the cool sauce.
