CHILL SAUCE 
18 lg. ripe tomatoes
6 (1") onion
2 hot green peppers
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 cloves garlic (optional)

Chop vegetables fine. Mix with other ingredients and boil until thick, about 2 hours. Can in bottles or jars.
