1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 lg. can chunk pineapple with juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
Apples
Celery
Raisins
Nuts
Marshmallows (opt.)

Mix the sugar, flour, egg and pineapple juice in a saucepan. Cook, stirring until thickened. Add vinegar to the warm liquid. Cool. Add desired ingredients and chill. This is a tasty variation without the oil.
