OLD FASHION TAMALE PIE 
1 lb. lean pork
1 can tomatoes
1 can corn
1 can ripe olives
Yellow cornmeal
Salt
Cayenne pepper to taste

Boil pork until tender. Remove from broth and chop. To the broth add the corn and tomatoes. Thicken with cornmeal. When done add chopped meat, olives and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
