CHEESE FUDGE 
DOUBLE SERVING:

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. butter
1 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
4 lbs. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

This is for a double batch. Cut in half for single recipe.

Heat cheese and butter until soft enough to combine. Add remaining ingredients and stir and knead until thoroughly mixed. Spread in large buttered pan and cool. Cut when firm. Double recipe yields about 6 pounds of fudge.
