ZUCCHINI SQUASH BREAD 
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, whipped
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. peeled, grated squash
1/2 c. pecans

Blend soda, flour, salt, and baking powder and cinnamon. Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and squash and nuts. Bake in oblong pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
