BARBEQUE RIBS 
4 lbs. baby back ribs
1 sm. bottle of ketchup
1 med. size onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper, dash of each

Cut ribs individually. Preboil for about 20 minutes. Drain, and rinse ribs with hot water to rid of excess fat. Lay in a shallow baking pan. Pour sauce over the ribs. Bake at 325 degrees about 1 hour until tender.
