MACADAMIA BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. all purpose flour

FILLING:

2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut
1-1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1-1/2 c. halved macadamia nuts
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. baking powder

In medium bowl, cream together all crust ingredients. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

In medium bowl, stir together all filling ingredients. Pour over hot baked crust and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 20 minutes. Cool completely and cut into squares. Makes 16-20 bars.
