FUDGE NUT ORANGE BARS 
CRUST:

1 pkg. butter cake mix
1 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. butter (soft)
1 egg

FILLING:

1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, soft
2 eggs
1 c. ground pecans
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 c. orange juice

GLAZE:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. orange juice

Combine crust ingredients at low speed until fine crumbs form. Reserve 1 cup crumbs. To remaining crumbs add 1 egg. Press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Heat 1 cup chocolate chips, sugar and butter until melts chips, stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add 2 eggs, mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour over crust and sprinkle with crumb reserve. Bake at 350 degrees until golden (30 minutes), cool. Heat glaze until smooth and drizzle over top.
