NUT FUDGE BARS 
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
3/4 c. shredded coconut
1 pkg. brownie mix with chocolate syrup

Mix brown sugar and butter. Stir in flour, pecans and coconut until crumbly. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbly mix. Press remaining crumbly mixture in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Carefully spread over the crumbly mixture in pan. Sprinkle with remaining crumbly mixture over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars, about 2" x 1 1/2". Yield: 36 bars.
