NUT GOODIE BARS | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips 1 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. milk 3 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. maple flavoring 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix (cook and serve type) 1 c. salted peanuts Melt chips and peanut butter over low heat; spread 1/2 in foil lined greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate until cool. Add peanuts to remaining mixture. Set aside; melt butter. Stir in milk and pudding mix. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Beat until smooth. Spread on refrigerated chocolate layer. Let set. Spread remaining pieces and peanuts mixture on top. Refrigerate. |
