CHICKEN VELVEETA CASSEROLE 
1 box Velveeta macaroni & cheese
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/8 c. green peppers, chopped fine
1/8 c. green onions, chopped fine
1/4 c. milk
8 Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook chicken until done. Cook Velveeta macaroni and cheese by directions on package. Mix together all ingredients. Pour mixture into buttered casserole dish. Spread Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
