NOODLE DOUGH 
2 cups all-purpose flour
pinch of salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup warm water

Mix flour and salt together. Add egg, oil and water together with flour and salt. Knead until no longer sticky. Add more flour if needed. Roll out and cut in fine strips. Dry out on board or table. Boil water and cook until tender. Use in soups.
