LEMON CAKE TOP PUDDING | |
1 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour Juice of 1 lemon 2 eggs, separated 1 c. milk Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, lemon juice, beaten egg yolks, and milk. Fold in beaten egg white. Pour into buttered baking dish. Set in pan of warm water. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife will come out clean. Serve warm or cold. Result is custard on bottom, cake on top. |
