CANNILLINI BEAN & TUNA SALAD 
1 can cannillini beans, (15 oz.) drained & rinsed
1 lg. can white tuna, drained
1/2 c. chopped red onion
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1 lg. tomato, seeded & diced

Combine beans, tuna, tomato and onion in large bowl. Combine lemon juice and mustard in small bowl. Gradually whisk in olive oil. Add to salad. Mix in basil, season with salt and pepper.
