PINA COLADA TARTS 
1 stick butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour
Dash of salt

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut

Mix crust ingredients well. Chill. Roll and cut to fit muffin tins.

Mix filling - sugar and cornstarch. In other bowl mix in eggs, butter, and vanilla. Add every ingredients into sugar mixture. Stir. Pour in shells. Cook 30-45 minutes until lightly browned (at 325 degrees).
