BRANDY ALEXANDER PIE 
8 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate wafers
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/3 c. brandy, divided
1 1/2 c. milk
4 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
3 1/2 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 c. chocolate-flavored liqueur
1 c. whipping cream
2 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate for garnish

In food processor with steel knife, blend chocolate wafers to fine crumbs. In 9 inch pie plate with fork, mix well chocolate-wafer crumbs, butter, and 3 tablespoons brandy. Press mixture to bottom and side of pie plate; chill.

In large bowl, mix chocolate and vanilla puddings together. Stir in 1 1/2 cups milk, chocolate flavored liqueur, and remaining brandy. Beat cream until soft peaks form. With spatula, gently fold whipped cream into pudding mixture. Spoon mixture into crust. With vegetable peeler, shave slightly softened chocolate into curls. Garnish pie with chocolate curls. Refrigerate. Makes eight servings.
