PINEAPPLE DELIGHT PIE 
1 can crushed, unsweetened pineapple
3 oz. lemon instant pudding mix
3/4 lg. Cool Whip
9" graham cracker crust

Drain pineapple. Add pudding mix. When it starts to thicken fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for several hours. Makes 9 servings.
