CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) box frozen, chopped broccoli
1 can Swanson chicken
2 c. grated mild Colby longhorn cheese
2 2/3 c. Minute Rice
2 2/3 c. water for rice

Cook rice according to package directions. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Mix rice, broccoli, soup and 1/2 can water, 1 cup cheese together. A little more water can be used if you like. Put other half of cheese on top of casserole. Microwave 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
