LOUISIANA CHICKEN 
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. hot sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 chicken breasts or 6 chicken thighs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Marinate chicken at least 1 hour. Reserve marinate. Bake skin side down, 25 minutes. Baste every 15 minutes with leftover marinade. Turn chicken skin side up, baste every 15 minutes. Bake another 25 minutes or until done. Serve with rice.
