WISCONSIN HARVEST DELIGHT SOUP 
1 ring bologna - cut into 1 inch chunks
1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can peas and carrots
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (15 oz.) can diced rutabagas
2 or 3 slices tomato-basil cheddar cheese $
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons parsley flakes

You're going to like this! When you set down and start eating your soup, eat a chunk of tomato basil cheddar cheese with it. Boy oh boy - it's good! -Jerrel

Start by cutting slicing the ring bologna into one-inch cuts. Add them to a big pot. Then add tomatoes, peas and carrots, mandarin oranges, diced rutabagas, sea salt, and parsley flakes. Simmer over medium-low heat for at least 30 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Enjoy it with your tomato-basil cheddar cheese on the side!
