2 cans sm. English peas
1 c. onion
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 sm. jar bacon bits
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. butter

Drain peas well; saute onion in butter and add to peas; drain pimentos and add mayonnaise; then bacon bits to taste. Better served cold.
