FRUIT FILLED SUGARLESS COOKIES 
1 c. raisins, cut in half or chopped
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. peeled chopped tart apples
1 c. water

Mix together in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, cook 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup butter. Let cool slightly.

Combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup quick oats, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 3/4 cup chopped nuts. Add to fruit mixture, mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Drop teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.
