SOLE WITH CRABMEAT SAUCE 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

1 tbsp. flour

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. horseradish
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Blend in 1/3 cup milk. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup crabmeat. Arrange 2 fillets of sole. Pour over crabmeat mixture. Top with 2 more fillets. Combine:

2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Pour over fillets. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minute.s Serve with lemon wedges.
