We used our leftover spaghetti squash and sauce. The dish was delicious! The only modification was some additional cooking time because of the additional moisture in the squash.

Wonderful recipe! I put the cottage cheese in the food processor to get a creamy texture like ricotta cheese. I will definitely make this recipe again.

Micah: This recipe should feed 4-6 regular adults (or 2 starving teenagers), depending on what kind of sides you serve with it. I'd recommend serving it with some sort of garlic bread and a green salad.

Could someone please tell me the serving size for this recipe... I have to make it for a school project and I need to know how much to make.

A very tasty way to use leftover spaghetti. I baked it in an 8 x 8 colorful glass ovenware, this made a very pretty dish. Didn't have Parmesan on hand so instead of the Parmesan, I used 1/3 c Bistro Blends Italian Pasta Cheese with Herbs. Served with salad, it was a hit even with the teenager.
