SCRUMPTIOUS BLACK BOTTOM
CUPCAKES
 
#1:
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

#2:

Mix and add: 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. vanilla

#3:

Cream cheese mixture - Mix together: 8 oz. and 3 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 1 egg, unbeaten 1/3 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt

Mix and add 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Grease small cupcake tins. Pour cocoa mixture half full in tins. Then top with cream cheese mixture. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Please Note: Do not overbake.
