SCHOOL DAY CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. dried beef
1 green pepper
1/2 lb. American cheese
1 (8 oz.) box elbow macaroni, cooked
3 oz. butter

Brown green pepper and dried beef in butter. Add enough flour to make a cream sauce. Add 1/4 pound of American cheese. Put in casserole and top with remainder of American cheese (grated). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
