ACINE DI PEPE SALADE 
1/2 lb. acine di pepe (found in pasta section)
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. mandarin oranges
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Salt (pinch)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 med. Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries, cut in half (optional)

Drain pineapple and oranges - save juice. Cook juice, sugar, flour, salt, eggs until thick. Cool. Cook macaroni and refrigerate until cool - pour juice mixture over cooled macaroni. Mix in one medium Cool Whip and fruit next day or after all has cooled very well. Very good.
