DONNA'S SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lg. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat butter, soup and milk and cream cheese. Pour on potatoes and onions. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees. If you microwave, use 1/2 can milk.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
