SWISS BLISS 
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 sm. can mushrooms (drained)
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes (drained and chopped - retain juice)
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper
1/2 c. juice from drained tomatoes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. chopped celery (or assorted garnishes, olives - parsley)
20 inch sheet heavy foil

Spread center of foil with butter. Cut steak into serving portions, arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes and seasonings. Mix juice with Worcestershire sauce and cornstarch. Pour over meat and vegetables. Close foil. Bake 2 hours at 350 degrees.
