6 tablespoons real mayonnaise
3 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients well, let stand 2 hours, toss with large head of washed and dried romaine lettuce.

Garnish with fresh Parmesan and croutons.
