HEALTHY BANANA MILKSHAKE 
PER SERVING:

1 ripe banana
1 cup skim milk (250ml)

Cut up the banana, into round pieces and chuck into a milkshake cup. Measure out 1 cup or 250ml of skim milk and pour in with the banana.

Using an immersion-blender, mix it together for a minute (30 seconds to mush banana and 30 seconds to get froth).

Serve in a clear glass with a straw. ENJOY!
