SHRIMP GUMBO 
1 tbsp. chili powder
5 lbs. med. size shrimp, peeled and cleaned
6 sm. cans tomato sauce with 6 equal size cans of water
1 box crab boil seasoning
5 to 6 slices bacon
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. chopped celery (optional)

Brown bacon with onions and celery, adding chili powder slowly. Careful not to burn. Pour into deep pot and add tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Dip the bag of crab boil in the pot for 2 to 3 seconds and throw away. Add shrimp to the pot and cook for 2 hours on low to medium heat (simmering). Pour over white rice. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
