CHICKEN GUMBO SOUP 
Bony pieces of 2 fryers
3 c. water
1 pkg. frozen okra, cut up
1 onion, chopped
1 med. size can of tomatoes
1/2 c. rice
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 dash of sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
Chicken broth

Simmer bony piece of fryers in 3 cups water until tender, cool. Remove meat from bones, save broth.

Combine onion, tomatoes, bouillon cubes, broth, sugar, salt and pepper and bring to boil. Add rice and okra. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. If a pressure cooker is used, combine all ingredients and cook 10 minutes at 10 pounds.
