ANN'S MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa (unsweetened)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9 x 13 inch pan. In bowl combine butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Add cocoa, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Add flour - beat in on lowest speed. Stir in coconut and nuts. Pour into pan and bake 35-45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. IMMEDIATELY spread warm cake with marshmallow creme. Cool cake.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (unsweetened)
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat butter until fluffy - add powdered sugar and cocoa a little at a time. Beat on lowest speed. Beat in milk and vanilla. Spread on cool cake. Cut into squares.
