MOM'S CAULIFLOWER WITH BROWN
BUTTER SAUCE
 
1 med. head cauliflower
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Remove all but small delicate leaves from cauliflower, separate, cutting when necessary, until floweretes. Wash thoroughly in cold water. Cook cauliflower with boiling water and salt, covered until just tender. Cooking time will be about 8-10 minutes.

In small skillet, allow to stand over low heat until browned. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon sauce over cauliflower.
