2 c. white sugar
2 c. dried apples
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 lb. raisins
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each allspice, ground cloves, nutmeg & cinnamon
1 c. lard or butter
4 c. plain flour
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients together real good. Bake in tube pan at 300 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Check often until done.
