CHARLENE'S FAMOUS CHEESECAKE 
2 pkg. graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 pkg. lemon jello (small)
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can milk (Carnation cream) unsweetened

Makes one big cheesecake. Mix together graham crackers and butter together for the crust. Mix 1 package (small) lemon Jello and 1 cup boiling water together, set it aside. Mix 8 oz. partially frozen cream cheese with 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, juice of one lemon (mix all the above ingredients well) with a beater including the partially frozen Carnation unsweetened cream. Pour all the ingredients you mixed together in to the graham cracker crust. Chill and eat. Has to stay refrigerated.
