CRISP SWEET SLAW | |
4 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion DRESSING: 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. apple juice or cider 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 8 packets Equal 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. dry mustard seed 1 or 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine slaw ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over slaw, toss to blend. Garnish with onion rings. Refrigerate until served. Makes 8 servings, 1/2 cup each. 75 calories per serving. Calories when made with traditional ingredients: 205. |
