2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. oil or shortening
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix and boil fast for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla. Beat until creamy.
