CRUNCHY ICE CREAM 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. butter, melted

Mix above and bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Crumble. Put 1/2 in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Put 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened, on top. Dribble 6 ounces of caramel topping over ice cream. Sprinkle with rest of crumbs, then dribble another 6 ounces of caramel topping on top. Freeze.
