COUNTRY MEATBALLS 
3/4 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. stuffing mix, crushed
2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
Fresh parsley

Combine first 7 ingredients in bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Add ground beef. Mix together and shape into medium size balls. Brown in butter and let simmer 10 minutes. Place meat balls in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, top with the mixture of soup, water and sour cream; cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes. Arrange meatballs on platter. Top with warm sauce. Garnish with parsley. Makes 6 servings.
