STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
3 lbs. mushrooms
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley
3 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. each oregano, marjoram and basil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. instant onion

Wash and drain mushrooms. Remove stems and discard. Melt 1/4 c. butter on each of two cookie sheets. Mix all ingredients and stuff.

Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F making sure the meat is well-cooked. Drain on towels and serve hot.
