WHITE FRUIT CAKE 
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. plain flour
1 lb. butter
12 eggs
1 lb. pecan pieces
1 sm. bottle vanilla
1 sm. bottle lemon
8 oz. green cherries
8 oz. red cherries
8 oz. citron

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Add flour, nuts, and fruit. Mix well, then add flavoring. Makes 3 loaf pans. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour and 35 minutes.
