VEGGIE PIE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
Chopped mixed vegetables

Line a large cookie sheet with crescent rolls. Pinch seams together and bake according to directions. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dressing mix. Spread mixture over cooled crescent crust. Top with any variety of fresh chopped vegetables (onions, broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower, radishes) to suit taste. Press vegetables into mixture and chill. Cut into serving size pieces.
