COCONUT BREAD 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 tsp. coconut flavoring
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat eggs well. Add sugar oil and coconut flavoring. Add sifted dry ingredients to mixture alternately with buttermilk. Stir in coconut and nuts. Grease pans well and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Pour glaze over hot bread and let set for 4 hours.

GLAZE:

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3 tbsp. butter

Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and add 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring.
